What are Metal Prints?

Metal prints represent a new medium in photographic printing. Using a specialty process, we dye ink directly into a sheet of the highest quality Chromaluxe aluminum. Due to the luminescence of the metal, the finished product has a brightness, vibrancy, and a clarity to it that cannot be rivaled with any other printing type. In addition to the striking finish, metal prints also have a Century+ fade resistance, are scratch resistant, and all come ready to hang with frames mounted on the back. Metal Prints are also waterproof, making them the ideal piece of artwork for any location.

What are paper prints?

All of our paper prints are printed onto Kodak archival papers. Our standard finish is on Kodak Metallic paper. This type of print does need to be framed.

How long does it take to receive my new print?

Every print is custom made to order. Metal prints usually take 2-4 weeks, while paper prints usually take 1-2 weeks to produce and ship. If you need a print by a specific deadline, please contact me and we can do everything possible to get it to you by the desired date.

How will my prints ship?

Metal prints ship via UPS ground and are professionally packaged using custom foam inserts to ensure their safety during shipping. All shipments are fully insured and guaranteed. In the very unlikely event that any damage should occur during shipping, please take a photo of the packaging and the print and your prints will be replaced immediately.

Limited Editions?

All of my images are limited to editions of 200 chromoluxe metal prints to ensure that the value rises over time. Every print is signed and numbered by the artist. Prints under 36" are not included in the edition.

Although metal prints do not require framing, we do offer a wide variety of custom frames so that you can create that perfect custom piece. Please contact us to discuss framing options and to receive a quote.
