"Ice Fortress"
Mt. Hood National Forrest, Oregon- I had really been wanting to shoot some snow, as this was one of the deepest freezes the Pacific Northwest has ever seen. After several failed attempts all over, the perfect conditions came together this morning. A few friends, my sisters, and I, all decided to do the hike up to this incredible waterfall in the Mt. Hood Wilderness, finding it completely frozen over with roughly 40 foot tall icicles hanging down. We hiked all the way up onto a cliffside adjacent to the waterfall, only to have a very difficult time getting down. It was fearfully fun as we slid down the icy slopes slowly getting down back to the base of the falls.
Chromaluxe Metal Prints: These prints represent a new medium in photographic printing. Using a specialty process, we sublimate ink directly into a sheet of light reflective Chromaluxe aluminum. Due to the luminescence of the metal surface, the finished product has a brightness, vibrancy, and a clarity to it that cannot be rivaled with any other printing technique. Chromaluxe prints are so luminous, that they almost appear backlit. In addition to the striking finish, metal prints are guaranteed to last for a century without noticeable fading, are scratch resistant, waterproof, and all come with sleek aluminum hanging hardware on the back of the print for seamless hanging. The final piece will hang an inch and a half away from the wall. Chromaluxe prints represent the best quality prints in the industry and are the perfect modern art piece for any home.
Fine Art Paper Prints: All of our fine art paper prints are printed onto a Moab Entrada Museum Rag paper. This paper is a thick fine art paper with a matte finish, that allows for exceptional detail, and fade resistance. These prints come rolled in a tube, and will require additional framing.
